Yesterday was my birthday, yes I know...another year, another...Anyway I walked out to go to work and was met with a flower pot full of fun birthday coupon wishes from my friends the Petersons.
Not only that but the lawn was "forked" Covered with cards with useful information on things that happened in the year that I was born like U.S. gasoline being only 30.3 cents per gallon in October of that year. Cards with favorite movie quotes we throw back and forth like my favorite: "Now that's just silly. Do you know every other person on the planet?" and other useful quotes like Todd Peterson's favorite "Wisdom doesn't necessarily come with age. Sometimes age shows up all by itself. Tom Wilson" I don't know if he was referring to me, hmmm. My favorite however is "Your friend is the man who knows all about you and still likes you. Elber Hubard" I had a great birthday thanks to wonderful daughters who will hang out with their mom and friends and family who thought of me.

Happy Birthday Kim!!! You deserve the best of everything and are so blessed to have such awesome friends who would memorialize your birthday with forks in the lawn! Enjoy another great year!
